Coaching for ultra, marathon, and Hyrox athletes who want training run off data, not vibes.
Every session tied to a number. Every number tied to published science. A coach who built the analytics himself and shows his work.
Four steps, no mystery.
Apply
A 10 to 15 minute intake: your races, your training history, your schedule, your health screen. It tells me if I can actually help you.
Intro call
30 minutes, free. We talk goals and fit. I will walk you through a real training block so you see exactly what you are buying.
First 4-week block
Your plan lands in intervals.icu with a designed block PDF that explains what we are building and why, in plain language.
Weekly rhythm
You train, your data flows in, I adjust. The plan follows your reality, not the other way around.
Most coaches describe coaching. I can show it.
These are the actual artifacts every Glidepath athlete gets. Not mockups, not a generic app template.
Who this is for. And who it is not.
This will work if you
- Have a race on the calendar (ultra, marathon, or Hyrox) or are ready to put one there.
- Wear a GPS watch and are willing to let the data tell the truth, even when it is unflattering.
- Can train 4 or more days a week and hold a long session most weekends.
- Want to understand your training, not just be handed workouts.
This will not work if you
- Want a cheap generic plan. Apps do that for $15 a month.
- Will not log sessions or share data. I cannot coach what I cannot see.
- Expect a shortcut. The plan removes guesswork, not the work.
- Need daily hand-holding on motivation. I coach adults who show up.

Ex-Army helicopter pilot. Builds his own analytics.
I flew helicopters for the Army, where a stabilized approach to the runway is planned before you ever leave the ground. That is what a training block is to race day: the glidepath. I race ultras and Hyrox myself, and every athlete I coach runs on the same data stack I built for my own training.
Common questions.
Do I need to be fast to apply?
No. You need a goal race and the willingness to train consistently. The method works at every pace because it is built on your data, not someone else's standards.
What gear do I need?
A GPS watch is required. A heart rate strap is strongly recommended. For Hyrox, access to a gym with the race implements (sled, SkiErg, rower, wall balls) matters; the intake asks exactly what you have.
What platform does the training live on?
intervals.icu. Your workouts land there, your completed sessions sync there from your watch, and my analytics read from it. It is free for you as an athlete.
How much contact do I get?
Depends on tier. The Block: weekly plan adjustments, a monthly call, and replies within 48 hours. The Lab: biweekly calls and same-day replies. Founding Athletes get The Block service.
Can you coach me for both an ultra and a Hyrox?
Yes, that is the specialty. Compromised running is an endurance problem, and the two goals share more physiology than most programs admit. We sequence the season so each block serves both.
What if it is not working?
The first 30 days are a grace period: say the word and the whole quarter is refunded. After that you are in for the quarter you paid for, and renewal is your call each quarter. Injury ends a quarter early? Unused days refunded at the daily rate. No setup fee, no exit games.
I coach a maximum of 8 athletes.
Not marketing scarcity, just arithmetic: real coaching takes hours per athlete per week, and I do all of it myself. If a spot is open and we fit, we start.
